Emis Access

Emis Access allows you to order your repeat prescriptions and view some of your medical record online. You will need to ask for your registration details at reception, please bring photo ID and proof of address to do this. When you have your registration document click on the icon at the bottom of this page named 'Repeat Prescriptions'. Enter the details in the registration area.

The registration will need to be completed within 14 days of asking for the document otherwise the information will expire. If this happens you will have to come back in with your ID and ask for a new one.

Other online access

Convenience doesn’t stop there and you can now access a number of services online. Ordering a repeat prescription or sending us your comments are both just a click away. And if you’re not yet registered with us you can download the necessary forms here too.

Electronic Prescription Service - Starting September 2015, please read the attached document and let reception know if you would like to choose a chemist for your prescriptions to be sent to.
